Our core team is based in central London (WC1). We cover the whole of London and have team members working remotely across the UK — supporting projects wherever they arise. Editing services are fully remote and available to clients worldwide.
We match team members to your project based on the skills and experience it requires. Every member of our team is highly experienced and committed to the highest standards. We handpick our collaborators and equip them with the resources to excel.
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed and a team member assigned, they will contact you to introduce themselves and discuss detailed planning. For advance bookings, your team member is typically assigned one month before the event.
Yes. Our in-house editing studio handles all post-production. Editing is charged at £49 per hour, with fixed-rate options available for most packages. You can book editing alongside filming or add it at any time.
Yes — for most project types, bookings can be made up to 72 hours in advance at no extra charge. Our schedule fills quickly, so early booking is strongly recommended to guarantee your preferred team and date.
You may cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund. For cancellations with less than 6 weeks' notice, a 50% cancellation fee (minimum £250) applies to cover pre-production costs and reserved resources.
