We also have team members working remotely throughout the country, allowing us to support local projects wherever they arise. Yes. Once your booking is confirmed and a team member is assigned, they will reach out to introduce themselves and discuss the detailed planning for your project. For bookings made well in advance, your team member will be assigned about a month before the event and will contact you at that time to begin preparations.

Yes, we do. Our full studio editing services are supported by our in-house facilities. Editing is charged at £49 per hour, with fixed-rate options available for many popular packages. You can book editing services alongside your filming or choose to add them later at your convenience.

Yes, depending on the project type, you can book up to 72 hours in advance without any extra charge. However, please note our schedule fills up quickly, and our videographers and photographers are subject to availability. To ensure the best service and avoid last-minute rushes, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible.

No problem! You may cancel your booking within 14 days of signing the contract to receive a refund. If no work has begun and there are at least 7 days before your project start date, we’ll refund the full amount minus a 10% fee to cover administration and payment processing costs. For cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice or after work has started, a 50% cancellation fee (minimum £250) will apply to cover pre-production expenses and reserved staff and resources.
